Designed with unforgettable family gatherings, weddings, and special events in mind, this stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests and is packed with incredible amenities. Picture yourself basking by the sparkling pool (complete with a fun slide), perfecting your serve on the tennis courts, or simply kicking back under the shade of swaying palm trees. The lush green lawns are made for epic lawn games and lazy picnics, while the fire pit beckons for toasty marshmallows and stargazing nights.

For the little ones, we’ve got a kids’ dream rumpus room with built-in bunk beds and a slide, while the adults can enjoy a game of billiards or relax with a sunset drink by the outdoor bar. Every corner of The Ambers has been thoughtfully curated to create magical moments for guests of all ages.

    "We were lucky enough to be one of the first guests to trial the property before it opens to the public. Hands down, the best family holiday spot we’ve ever stayed at! We holidayed with 2 families, but there is plenty of room for more. The kids went wild for the slippery slide into the pool — they practically lived in there! My husband and I loved having a hit on the tennis courts while the kids played lawn games. The backyard dining area was perfect for big BBQ feasts, and at night, the fire pit was a blast. Toasting marshmallows, stargazing, and so many laughs! We’ll be back in a heartbeat."

  • We are currently working on finalising approvals for functions and larger group events over 30 guests. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when we can begin accepting weddings & events over 30 guests.

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need an earlier check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We love pets, but to maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed at The Ambers.

  • We typically have a 3-night minimum stay policy. During peak seasons and holidays, the minimum stay may be extended. Please check our booking calendar for details.

  • We want your stay at The Ambers to be as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to review our cancellation policy before booking. Please note we do not offer free cancellation.

    • More than 90 days’ notice: A 20% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

    • Between 30 - 90 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will apply.

    • Within 30 days of your arrival: Unfortunately, no cancellations or changes are accepted, and the full booking amount will be charged.

    If something unexpected comes up on our end and we need to cancel your booking, you’ll receive a full refund. However, we won’t be liable for any other costs that might arise.

    We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against cancellations, travel delays, and any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Yes, there is ample free parking on-site. You can park directly in front of the property.

  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. Please let us know your request in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

  • Yes, The Ambers is family-friendly and offers a range of activities and amenities suitable for children, including a large outdoor space. We also have board games and toys available upon request.

  • Absolutely! The Ambers is close to beautiful walking trails, local wineries, and charming cafes. We provide a detailed guidebook with recommendations for all our favourite spots.

  • No, smoking is strictly prohibited within the property and on the grounds at all times.
